• Sister Vaughn has made reservations for our Sunday, Sept. 13, cookout at her townhouse at Brookside in Augusta. Please put that on your calendar.
• Remember to pray during the diocesan “Fortnight for Freedom,” see page 6 of your June 5 Catholic Advance. It was suggested that Franciscans attend the Diocesan Mass for Religious Freedom at 6 p.m. Wednesday, July 1, at the Cathedral. The Mass is also in honor of Bl. Junipero Serra.
• Remember to pray for your brother or sister Franciscan, as requested by the card you received at the meeting; and especially for those Franciscans who are having physical struggles.
